Renowned actress Sai Pallavi is known for her composure and grace, but a recent media report pushed her to speak up against false claims about her personal choices.
Earlier this week, a reputed Tamil media outlet published a story alleging that Sai Pallavi had transitioned to a vegetarian diet in preparation for her role as Sita Devi in the upcoming mythological film, “Ramayan.”
The article implied that Pallavi, who is playing the divine role, had changed her dietary habits specifically for the film. This sparked outrage from Sai Pallavi, who condemned the false information, emphasizing that she had been a vegetarian all along.
Most of the times, Almost every-time, I choose to stay silent whenever I see baseless rumours/ fabricated lies/ incorrect statements being spread with or without motives(God knows) but it’s high-time that I react as it keeps happening consistently and doesn’t seem to cease; especially around the time of my films’ releases/ announcements/ cherish-able moments of my career!

“For the record,” she stated, “I have chosen silence most times when faced with baseless rumors and fabricated lies. But I’ve reached a point where silence is no longer an option, especially when false information about my life is spread, particularly surrounding film releases or important personal milestones.”
Using strong language, she warned of precise legal action against future occurrences
of such fabricated information: “Next time I see any reputable page or media entity publishing cooked-up stories, labeling them as news or gossip, be prepared for legal consequences. Enough is enough.”
Sai Pallavi’s fury stems from her past pronouncements on her vegetarianism. This isn’t a sudden change for the role but a reflection of her longstanding lifestyle choice.
