MA: I say, it’s not about the age; it’s about the stage. If you take care of your body, it will take care of you. Yes, our bodies change with age, but that’s no excuse to stop moving. In fact, it’s more important now than ever because our muscles lose density, and we need to maintain what we have. So, keep moving, keep grooving!
