“If I invest in a space that I think is really welcoming and warm, it makes me want to go ther every day,” she said.

“I don’t care as much about makeup or clothing or purses or whatever but I’m like, this is really worth it for me,” she said.

Leah Wei: It was about letting go of the idea that exercise is a punishment or a means to an end (like fitting into a certain dress size). Instead, I started seeing it as a way to nourish my body and boost my mood. If I felt even a little bit better after a workout, that was a win.
