Company CEO Maan Razouki said the new line, which connects Kuwait City to Mohammed V International Airport, will operate on Wednesdays and Sundays.
He underlined that Kuwait Airways plans in the coming months to study the possibility of increasing the number of its weekly flights to the Moroccan capital.
In this wake, the Ambassador of Morocco to Kuwait, Ali Benaissa, stressed that the inauguration of this direct line between Morocco and Kuwait will contribute to the strengthening of economic and tourist exchanges between the two brotherly countries.
The Moroccan diplomat also argued that the inauguration of this link reflects the strong and solid relations that unite the two countries, adding that these relations are characterized by cooperation and coordination in various fields, as evidenced by the bilateral agreement on Transportation by air.
Last February, Kuwait Airways announced the launch of new air links to 17 new destinations, including Casablanca.
