Under the responsibility of the Director of Commercial Relations and in line with the policy established by general management, you will participate within the sales team in the development of the business offer and the Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc network and will also contribute to the good management and monitoring of customer relations.
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS
- Marketing of the Groupama Académie’s catalog of “match offers” and “event offers” to the B2B target
(Assimilation of commercial offers, analysis of the market and economic environment, multi-channel commercial prospecting, making appointments, creating and sending costed proposals, commercial follow-up) - Management, monitoring and loyalty of your customer portfolio
(Updating the club’s CRM tool, setting up, controlling and monitoring services linked to the club’s various services, preparing commercialized events, producing customer reports) - Participation in club events
(Welcome and receive customers on match evenings, help with the organization of club events – matches, network events, Groupama Académie events –, presence during club events) - Activity reporting in conjunction with management
(Participation in commercial meetings, sharing of experiences, establishment of an action plan for your commercial activity, reporting of activity and performance indicators, analysis and evaluation of actions carried out and results obtained, traceability of actions, accounts -activity reports)
YOUR PROFILE
Equipped with quality interpersonal skills and a developed sense of negotiation, you are engaged in a process of conquest, prospecting and the search for performance in all the actions you undertake.
Team spirit, rigor, and collaborative work will be necessary to collaborate within your team and other club services (Marketing, Communication, Ticketing, Social Center, etc.).
This position requires a significant commitment: you will be present with customers on match nights and you will play the role of Club ambassador during various professional events (day or evening).
Knowledge of the local economic fabric will be appreciated.
QUALIFICATION
Professional experience is required in a similar position. Ideally, you know the world of sport and events.
