On Tuesday, restructuring proceedings without self-administration were opened at the Wels regional court following a self-application for the assets of TSE Transport Spedition Eichberger, based in Weisskirchen. This is what the creditor protection agency Creditreform reports. The company, which is active in the transportation of goods, has existed since 2013.
Nothing is currently known about the causes of insolvency or the amount of liabilities. The 168 affected creditors are to receive a quota of 20 percent, payable within two years of acceptance of the restructuring plan. Claims can be registered until January 20th. The first creditors’ meeting will take place on February 6th.
