Lee Ji-hyun: Thank you for having me. My role focuses on optimizing the operations of our brand across Amazon and TikTok Shop. This involves everything from managing product listings and inventory to analyzing customer feedback and ensuring we stay compliant with platform policies. I’m also involved in data analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Lee Ji-hyun: Absolutely. Data is at the heart of what we do. We use it to analyze customer reviews, understand their preferences, and identify pain points. By analyzing this data, we can tailor our product listings, improve product descriptions, and enhance our customer service approach. on the sales side, we use platform operating indicators to optimize ad spend, refine our inventory strategies, and predict demand.

Lee Ji-hyun: Effective communication is key.We have regular meetings with the logistics team to discuss inventory flow, shipping times, and potential logistical challenges, especially with global e-commerce sales.. We collaborate closely with marketing to align advertising campaigns with our product offerings and gather feedback from customer surveys. the aim is to create a unified customer experience across all touchpoints.

Lee Ji-hyun: My experience directly managing Amazon and TikTok shop operations is invaluable. Knowing Amazon’s and Tic Tok Shop’s sales policy, product registration guidelines, and the nuances of their algorithms has made the transition much smoother. Additionally, my focus on improving customer satisfaction through review analysis and feedback has been instrumental in understanding our brand’s positioning within global markets.
