Scaramucci added, “So now, all of a sudden, this new group of people is going to come in and everything’s going to work out hunky dory? It’s not going to happen.”

Sure,as he’s worth $250,$400 billion and trump is a little afraid of him. So yes, he’ll last longer than other people, but he’s already out to pasture,” Scaramucci concluded.

CH: Scaramucci might have a point, but money doesn’t always talk in Trump’s world. Musk’s relationship with Trump has been fractious, to put it mildly. Remember when they were feuding over hydrogen vs. electric vehicles? And Musk’s ‘Meowth’ meme didn’t exactly endear him to trump either.
A: That’s true. So, do you think Musk will face similar challenges to other figures who have left or been ousted from Trump’s inner circle, as Scaramucci predicts?
CH: It’s certainly a possibility. Trump’s circle is highly competitive and fickle. Loyalty, or the perception of it, plays a massive role. Musk isn’t known for his political loyalty, and with the upcoming election, that could work against him.
A: Speaking of the upcoming election, how might Musk’s alignment with Trump impact his other ventures, like SpaceX or Tesla?
CH: That’s a good question. Musk has always been careful to maintain a bipartisan public image, even as he’s supported some controversial figures. Any further association with Trump could put pressure on those ventures. We’ve already seen a backlash from some customers and employees. But Musk is nothing if not unpredictable, so who knows how he’ll play it.
