Deportivo Táchira achieved its fourth consecutive victory in the Venezuelan soccer league (Liga FUTVE), thereby consolidating its leadership in Group A of the 2024 Clausura Tournament, whose fourth round date ended this Sunday.

Táchira doubles the 6 points of the second, Rayo Zuliano, whom they beat on this day 3-1, thanks to the double from Maurice Cova and the goal from the Argentine Leandro Fioravanti, in the match played at the Pueblo Nuevo sports center, in Saint Christopher.

Meanwhile, Carabobo, leader of Group B and Apertura champion, added just one point after drawing 1-1 with La Guaira, which is hot on the heels of its rival on this fourth date.

Gol

José Manuel Balza did not give La Guaira’s team time to warm up, and scored his team’s only goal in this match one minute into the game. Then Keiber Alberto Lamadrid equaled, in 12th.

Carabobo has eight points and Deportivo La Guaira, seven.

The winner of the Clausura will face Carabobo in the final of the national league, but if they win, they automatically become the absolute champion.

Like the Apertura Tournament, the Clausura champion qualifies directly to the Copa Libertadores, while the runner-up will go to the Sudamericana, both tournaments in 2025.

**How‍ might Vice ⁢President Harris’s interview performance influence voter perceptions‌ leading up to the elections?**

**Interview with Political Analyst‌ on Vice President Harris’s Fox News Interview**

**Interviewer:** Today, we have with us Dr. Emily Carter,‌ a political analyst, to discuss Vice President Kamala Harris’s recent interview⁤ on Fox‍ News. Dr. Carter, what ⁤were your initial thoughts on the interview, especially concerning her handling of the immigration question?

**Dr. Carter:** Thank you for having me. ‍I found Vice President Harris’s approach ⁢to the immigration topic quite telling. She faced a particularly emotional moment‍ when confronted with a video clip featuring⁤ a mother mourning her daughter, who ⁤was killed by a ‌migrant. This sets a very intense emotional backdrop for the⁣ discussion about immigration policies and the personal stories behind them. Harris’s response ⁢was focused on the administration’s efforts to manage immigration⁤ and her emphasis on compassion, which is⁤ crucial in these‍ conversations, but⁢ it ⁢certainly was a challenging situation for her [[1](https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cgj4qyxlxn1o)].

**Interviewer:** How do you think her⁢ performance in this interview affects public perception of her and the ‌Biden administration, particularly regarding immigration?

**Dr. Carter:** Harris’s ⁤performance could be‌ a double-edged sword. On one hand, she‍ attempted to convey empathy and connect with the emotional weight of the issue, which might resonate with some voters who value compassion in leadership. On the other hand, being confronted with such‍ a heart-wrenching ‌story may also reinforce criticisms of the administration’s handling of immigration. The public ⁤is increasingly polarized on this‍ topic, and her answers could either heal or widen‌ those divides [[1](https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cgj4qyxlxn1o)].

**Interviewer:** What ⁢strategies could ‌Harris and her team employ moving forward, given the challenging nature of the immigration debate?

**Dr. Carter:** I ⁣think it’s essential for her to continue to engage directly with the concerns people have about immigration, especially in emotional and personal contexts. Building narratives that humanize both the⁢ victims of crime and the migrants seeking better lives could ⁣help bridge some of the gaps. ⁢Additionally, proactive communication‌ about the administration’s successes and future plans regarding border security and ⁢immigration reform could ‌mitigate some ⁢criticisms [[1](https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cgj4qyxlxn1o)].

**Interviewer:** Thank you for your insights,‍ Dr. Carter. This interview certainly highlights the complexities and sensitivities involved in immigration discussions, a critical ‌issue⁣ for the⁣ upcoming elections.

**Dr. Carter:** Absolutely, thank you for having me. It’s going to be crucial‌ to‌ monitor how these discussions evolve in public discourse as the election approaches.
