In the details of his trip to America in his early youth, the star Amr Youssef talked regarding the period of his emigration to America, where he said that he traveled for the first time to America in 1999 and worked there for a while, but he returned once more to Egypt, before deciding to emigrate completely in 2001, where he was not told His family expressed his desire not to return once more, noting that at that time he was affected by the so-called “American dream”, and he worked there in several jobs such as “salesman” in a restaurant and “car guard” and others, before returning to Egypt.
Going back a little, Amr recalled his artistic beginnings, revealing his interest in cinema and acting since his childhood, as he used to leave school alone in order to watch films in the cinema, because of his great love for it.
Regarding his university studies, Amr Youssef said that he studied law and law and did not work in the legal field, as he does not yet know the reason for choosing that field of study, as his family was convinced at the time that it was a required field in the labor market.
And regarding the first profession he worked in before his professionalism in acting, and he brought him close to artistic work, through voice commentary on artistic and media paragraphs, before working as a program presenter on the “Rotana Cinema” channel, considering that that period was important in his artistic life.
Youssef explained that the audience knew him by presenting him to the news bulletin on Rotana channel, especially since the channel was in its infancy and had a large audience, which made the audience know what it looked like and follow it.
While the star Amr Youssef also recalled his memories with the late artist Nour El Sharif, who presented him as an actor for the first time in the series “Al Dali,” and said that he is looking for new words to express Nour El Sharif’s role in his life, because he considers him the most influential station in his personality and career, which he knows From him a lot, such as discipline, commitment and taking care of his colleagues and support them.
Amr Youssef had mercy on Nour El-Sherif, saying that he had discovered a large number of artists as well as producers and directors in his career, and expressed his loss and grief over his passing.
